Shipping Policy
Company promises an easy shipping policy for all the products that are ordered. We undertake packaging, timely delivery, order status updates and support all very seriously and maintain a logistics department who is only responsible for maintaining order shipping and updating shipment details. Once a customer places an order, be rest assured that our team will look into everything. We keep in mind that timely delivery of the products are utmost important to us and our customers. We collaborate with our courier partners and logistics partners to ensure that you get timely deliveries and updated status.
How can I track my order?
If you want to track the status of your order from company, just log in to the app or website and click on “My Account”. All your order details will be mentioned here. We will also send you timely updates about your order status via SMS and email. You will know when your order is shipped or if the delivery is delayed.
How long does it take to deliver the product once it has been dispatched?
It usually takes between 3 to 5 days to deliver the order after it has been dispatched. This varies depending upon your and the merchant's location. Once the order has been dispatched, we will notify you with the estimated delivery date on your registered contact details via Email / SMS along with the tracking number and courier/delivery partner details. In case a merchant is unable to fulfill the order on time, we will transfer the order to another merchant. If the order still can’t be fulfilled, the same will be cancelled and your refund will be processed.
